On Monday, September 9th, 2024, devastating wildfires swept through the Manos Mexico community, affecting five families. Following a Sunday visit to deliver aid, assess the damage and meet with Manos volunteers on the ground, immediate action was taken. In response, Manos is now raising funds to purchase building materials for the families who lost their homes. These funds will be hand-delivered directly by Manos volunteers to ensure swift assistance.
